Jan 24,2017Paid extra for fast delivery and 8 days later the item arrives way too late for the person's birthday. Contacted Swisstool to complain and they totally ignored the message. Would never use again and would suggest caution.

Dec 24,2016I have bought 10 knives from here over the past month, some personalised as gifts, some customised with extras like ballpoint pen and mini screwdriver for myself, and one of the limited edition white Christmas knives. Everything came exactly when it said it would. I did order a knife that was out of stick (I didn't notice, and it still let me pay/order), but I only waited a week or so and it arrived Christmas eve, which was a really nice surprise because I had written it off until January some time. All of the knives were really well packaged and the customisations/personalisations were flawless. I actually haven't found any other website which offers the same service that swisstool does, and after reading some bad reviews I thought it deserved another good one based on my experience. Will definitely be buying from here in the future,

Dec 23,2016I was apprehensive ordering from Swisstool after reading mixed reviews. But since they were the only retailer selling the rare Astrochimp design on the internet, I decided it was worth the risk. I opted for expedited delivery/fast dispatch to attempt to get it before christmas. For a personalised item it arrived super quick - ordered it on late Friday evening and it arrived swiftly on Tuesday morning. Will probably order myself another item from the boutique collection. All in all a great experience and will order again :)

Dec 20,2016Excellent service. Ordered a Swiss Champ penknife at 11:00 on 19/12. It turned up at 10:45 on 20/12. Less than 24hrs turnaround, free delivery and about 25% cheaper than other retailers. The payment hasn't even cleared my bank account yet. Stunning!!

Dec 07,2016I had reservations after reading that so many people felt the company was fraudulent but I trusted the good reviews on here and I'm glad I did. I ordered on a Thursday night with inscription and getting the cheapest delivery (4-7 days) because I was ordering way in advance of a birthday and it's just arrived the following Weds afternoon. Really pleased with the inscription and the tool itself looks like it could withstand anything. As it's a present I can't comment on how good the tool is, but I'm really pleased I listened to the good reviews. If I ever need another tool, I'll order from these!

Nov 29,2016After reading a few bad reviews about this company i was slightly reluctant to purchase from their web site, but considering the price was by far the cheapest i could find, with free delivery thrown in, on Saturday 26th November 2016 i went ahead and ordered a swiss army knife. I arrived home from work on Monday 28th to find my package already delivered, upon opening the package and inspecting the item i can say i am more than happy with the item and service received. Thank you.

Nov 11,2016I ordered a knife for a friend. The estimated delivery time was 4-7 days. After waiting for a week I tried to contact them through their online form with no lack. I tried multiple times and there was no answer. Obviously not a legitimate company. ---- Today, 30/11/2016, the package arrived. It is a month after purchase and during this time I had no reply from them to my several emails. I also reported the site as a fraud to the authorites. Obviously, since tha product arrived, the company is real, but it has seriour issues. First of all, they are a "web" company and they don't "use" their email at all. I suspect this is an "ONE MAN" company that can't hundle the orders or they simple don't care. Also 30 days for a delivery from UK to Greece is a really long time. The fact that my package arrived means nothing to me. My "trust" for them remains the same. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know and obviouly wouldn't bother with them again.

Oct 18,2016Ordered on 16/10/16, a Sunday night, nice website, massive choice + options, good prices, brilliant I thought, placed my order for Cybertech 41 SAK & leather case and got order confirmation email.... then I read reviews on here!!, I quickly became quite concerned that maybe I'd been scammed, people saying they'd not received goods, emails and phone calls unanswered, I was feeling quite peeved with myself that I'd been so hasty and ordered with card details without reading reviews first, normally I only buy online if I can pay through PayPal, became even more alarmed when I found I couldn't log in to the website again which I'd registered with when placing the order, anyway... I thought I'll hold my breath and see what comes of the situation, 17/10/16 received email saying my order had been dispatched and would be with me shortly, remembering the reviews I continued to had my breath and hope for the best.... but this morning the postman came and woo-hoo I have my new Cybertech 41 SAK, with black scales just as I ordered + leather case, I'm very very happy with my purchase and speedy delivery, can't really comment on other people's bad shopping experience but mine was a good one thankfully, having PayPal as payment option would definitely be a plus, thanx guys!!

Sep 20,2016I recently purchased the swiss climber tool for my boyfriends 21st birthday. Obviously, with it being such a special occasion, I decided to have it personalised. I believe the extra cost to this was nearly £5. However, just over 2 months later the lettering is already rubbing off. I wouldn't mind as much if it had been used on a daily basis- but it simply hasn't. I've attempted to contact them twice now, via the 'contact us' form on their website- and am yet still awaiting a reply. My advice to you is thus: The tool itself is wonderful, a quality product, however, I wouldn't bother paying for the tool to be personalised.

Feb 16,2016I ordered a personalised pocket knife and paid next day delivery as it was an anniversary present, ordered it on Thursday and despite paying next day delivery it arrived on Tuesday.. Not only that but as no one was in the house at 11am I was asked to pick it up from the post office the next day so Wednesday! I paid special next day delivery and I can't have the knife for almost a week plus i have to go to a post office to pick it up? Incredible

Oct 24,2015I too have not received any product or any refund - going back two months now! I have sent numerous emails and phoned many times. No-one answered the phone, it rang and rang and I didn't get a single reply to any one of my emails. The sudden influx of 'good reviews' must be due to fake users with false accounts on here, no doubt made-up by the criminal Company themselves. Their business address does not exist either - a Tesco Express sits on the site where their offices are meant to be. I have reported them to the online Action Fraud Squad from the London Metropolitan Police for serious investigation. The Internet is full of complaints from customers who have had their money stolen and credit card details stolen, by these bunch of crooks. *Eventually got my money refunded, nearly three months later. Probably due to the investigation. However, no apology and no communication whatsoever. Just the refund suddenly appearing in my account.* I think this proves they cant be trusted.

Feb 17,2017This guy will take your money then not send your item and then ignore all your calls and emails. Total SCAMMER . I have now reported to Action fraud online and also challenged my bank to investigate the visa transaction. Just pay the little extra from a reputable company like MILLETS. I'be been waiting a mo th totally unacceptable service. I believe this young lad to be operating this so called buisness from home and not the address listed on the website. If I knew where he was I'd be banging on his front door believe me.
