Mar 12,2024I was notified by IRS that I owed over $24,000 for a 2021 return for $60,000 additional “undeclared” income. I had no clue what IRS was stating. I am 87. I have filed taxes every year since I was 21. I never had an issue with my returns. Since I had paid for additional help with IRS I contacted TurboTax. I was assigned a tax expert, I forwarded my tax documentation. The tax expert handled all correspondence with IRS. Happy Ending: IRS owes me $11,700+. Check is expected 4-6 weeks.

Mar 13,2024Do not waste your money or time with this useless scam service. They are a business that's designed to profit from tax payers tax refunds and not a real defense to protect your refund from the IRS. Including with the letter they've asked for that I recieved from the IRS, they asked me to send them all of my personal information; such as my tax return for the refund year I wished to protect, they requested a copy of my driver's license, a selfie picture of myself (Which made absolutely no sense!) and they even asked for my permission for then to access my TurboTax account. Just to reply to me and tell me to follow the instructions in the IRS letter and try to get my money back myself. Being that the IRS didn't use the term Audit, they stated that they had taken my full $6,000.00 refund to pay off an owed debt. If your taxes get taken by the IRS and if they don't use the term "Audit" they're not helping you get your money back!
