Mar 26,2025Your auditors were very thorough. The only thing I did not like was the wording of the messages. I realize they were probably standard responses. To say “urgent message, respond as soon as possible”, and then find the auditor was only saying “thank you”, was frustrating because I dropped what I was doing and went straight to the computer to answer the text. The auditors were kind and patient and explained everything very well. Why not respond with “your auditor thanks you for the info”? We are glad we had turbo tax there for us

Mar 20,2025This was my first occasion to use TurboTax audit protection. This worked very well for me. Yasmin told me what forms I needed to send her. She also told me about corresponding or not corresponding with the IRS during her review. There were two items that the IRS were looking at. One of which was my mistake in omitting a 1099Q from my return. The other was a mistake on the IRS in my opinion. They claimed I omitted part of a retirement income that was taxable but it was included in the return. Yasmin did all the dealing with the IRS in a timely way. She kept me informed during the case and the net result was I did not owe any additional tax. The IRS confirmed the case has been reconciled. I couldn’t ask for a better result and I am quite happy with the service Yasmin provided..

Apr 03,2025My TaxAudit Rep stayed on task for nearly a year confronting a state department of revenue auditor who seemingly was denying a significant tax refund that I was entitled to. She repeatedly contacted this auditor and was told each time that 'this could take a few more months'. In the end, the department of revenue acknowledged that I was entitled to this refund and issued it. Without my Rep's help, I believe that my claim would have been ignored. The cost of the representation was money well spent.
