Dec 14,2023I participated in the early discussions with the IRS that Hein Pham from your team had and I could swear the multiple IRS agents couldn’t figure out basic math. Hein was patient even when I lost mine and worked through the issues with the IRS. I was happy to sign the agreement where I didn’t participate in the meetings anymore as I trusted Hein would do a good job. She followed up regularly and answered my questions same day. We won the dispute and the IRS even paid a small amount of interest on the money they owed me. I am very thankful we purchased the protection plan with your company every year even though this is the first time we had to use it. Hein did a great job and I deeply appreciate all of her efforts.
