Feb 21,2024I got this as an upsell with TurboTax. I didn't intend to have this included in my purchase and don't want it. The method of upsell was predatory and borderline fraudulent. Yet even though I denied the license agreement and refuse to use the service they will not even consider a refund. UPDATE: Responding to TaxAudit... As mentioned this was put upon me by predatory practices by TurboTax. I did not grant permission for my information to be sent to TaxAudit and have been trying to get this transaction reversed since I discovered it was inappropriately added to my order. The refusal to consider a refund is the true problem here. If I had a refund this problem would go away. UPDATE 2: Perhaps you should have mentioned that you couldn't help with the refund instead of repeatedly saying it was non-refundable. Eitherway, your emails rang of tonedeaf customer service as they continued to extol the virtues of TaxAudit instead of saying that you couldn't help and I would need to talk to TurboTax and ending it there. I would also have accepted that as an answer. I'll update the rating since this ultimately isn't your fault, but still keeping it since TaxAudit's communciation skills are severly lacking.

Jan 31,2024Dominic was a huge help for us. We are happy with the outcome. The only issue we had was the cost of adding an additional year of protection to our audit. Tax Audit should think about this and lower the cost when you have bought 10 plus years of audit service and just need to add one year.

Jan 27,2024I expected better treatment but my attorney was more harsh than the IRS auditor. I asked to appeal the IRS decision and she ignored my request and closed the case. I would not recommend this service to anyone. You could be better off representing yourself before the IRS.
