Nov 28,2023I wish I had not gotten tax audit protection. I wasted valuable time and had fines and interest from the IRS. I waited for an appointment and then all they told me to do was refile my tax. I did so, and received a message that I would get 27K back on next years tax. I assumed that the IRS would send me a revised tax bill. They kept telling me not to speak to the IRS, which I should have done. They said it would void my protection. I finally called them and had to get more time to pay my tax bill. I hired a CPA who revised my tax return correctly. Turbo tax is fine for a simple tax return, but this protection is absolutely worthless.

Nov 14,2023I cannot say enough good things about this service! When I got my audit letter, the only thing that held me together was the fact that I had paid for Audit Defense. I just hoped they actually would do what they said they would do. Well, today my cased has been closed and I can honestly say, they did everything they claimed they would do, plus some! The IRS sent me a bill for almost $3000 and had I not had this service, I would have had no recourse but to pay it. Instead, I sent the papers to my representative at Audit Defense and waited. I ended up owing nothing. I am so thankful for this service and I will never skip a year in buying it!

Nov 08,2023Maryam, the woman assigned to my case, was so helpful, giving guidance I really needed, suggesting a letter to tie together the reason for my lumpy and unusual expenses, and following up with the IRS. And the outcome was better than I could have imagined. I get the Tax Audit package every time I do my taxes with TurboTax and this is the second time their team have taken a weight off my shoulders and guide me to a good outcome.

I also like the fact that James took his time to meticulously go through the documents and get back to me with more explanations and corrections to make before sending off the document.
