He was detail-oriented, clear, gave plenty of instructions and context up-front, and maintained a cool and calm demeanor. It helps that his math was excellent, he checked things multiple times, understood backend processes and could explain them to me. All of this helped give me assurance and calm throughout the process. I would use this service again and would hope James D. Hicks is my tax advisor.
