Sep 19,2023I love the service. I paid the extra with the tax turbo in case of an audit, and I’m so glad I did. I received a notification that I old extra money, and with the help of Tisa she corresponded directly with the IRS, and got this resolved quickly, which meant that I old a small amount of money versus a large amount. She was extra knowledgeable, and obviously knew how to navigate the complexity of the tax loss as well as the IRS. I will continue to use TurboTax and purchase the additional service as it was the best money spent.

Sep 13,2023Not going into detail but was told I owed money and said I better sign the paper pretty much and make a payment arrangement so I don’t get garnished from my pay check never use TurboTax again ever nothing but a big headache just wish I could contact TurboTax so I can tell them how happy I am with them and who they had doing my taxes don’t respond back to me I lost enough work time and headache from dealing with all this and u guys already not very happy at all and always being rushed from u guys

Sep 20,2023I've paid for the Turbo Tax Tax Audit Defense for over a decade. Finally go a letter from the IRS so I initiated a case. First, they took two days to assign a coordinator then another 5 days to assign an accountant. They don't seem to be concerned about the time limit set by the IRS to respond or the increased penalties and interest. Of course it is not their money. During the wait, I went ahead and discovered the problem and did a 1040-X Amended return. I sent it to them and at this point only needed them to glance over it and respond that I was on the right track. I waited by the phone for their call and even messaged that I was waiting. For some reason the call didn't go through and within five minutes I returned their call. No answer...they moved on to the next customer. They in no way were prepared to spend greater than 15 minutes with me. Probably just to reschedule again. The accountants name was Jessie...I'll hold back her last name. This was a complete waste of time. And a waste of money.
