Aug 02,2023Tax Audit, in particular Betsy Salomon was great right from the start. I was contacted within 24 hours of sending my IRS notice to the company. Betsy took the time to review the 25 page IRS document and recalculated my entire tax return to ensure that what the IRS was claiming was indeed fact. Upon the review, I was informed of some omissions on both my part but more importantly, on the part of the IRS. I truly appreciated the detailed attention I received and the advice I was given. It was nice to know that someone REALLY had my back on this intimidating matter. I in fact saved about $1,000.00 after it was all said and done. The fee for representation was worth every penny in both money saved and peace of mind that someone who knew what they were doing was handling my tax problem. Thank you Tax Audit and especially Betsy Salomon.

Aug 02,2023Bernice was great and her recommendations were sound. My lower star rating is because I feel the service is misrepresented in the purchase. It said that a tax professional would interact with the IRS on my behalf when really in the end, I still needed to do all of the connection with the IRS. I lost a week of my 30 day deadline on this.

Aug 02,2023I know there are lots of advertisements for tax relief and they can sound like a scam. All I can tell you is that this company did everything they said they would do. Yes I had to spend a little money to protect myself, but with the complexity of the tax code I really couldn’t do myself and I needed their help. Again they did everything they said they would do and the IRS found in my favor.

I don't normally give people five-stars for anything, but how can I not when people basically saved me a lot of money. And despite how long the process is, people like Keith stick with you till the end.

The IRS is scary enough going at it alone but just knowing you have someone in your corner to argue with the IRS for you. Tim found so many mistakes that the IRS made that weren’t my fault and I am truly grateful that he was able to get my case completed for my audit. This was a very scary situation and I’m happy that I had Tim to help me through it.
