They reviewed my return along with the notice and explained everything to me in detail, and they kept me informed throughout the process. They were very helpful in discussing my options, and ultimately lead to the best possible outcome for my situation. TaxAudit helped me save over $26,000, due to a discrepancy found at the IRS- I paid nothing extra by the time my issue was resolved. The hardest part of it all was just waiting on responses from the IRS in between correspondence from TaxAudit. Big shout out to Greg and Keith for their unwavering support and quick responses when I had questions. I will definitely continue to use TaxAudit every year. It’s a very small price to pay for the amount of support and professionalism you get from them.
