Jun 10,2023I had a feeling that we were not going to find anything that the government had done wrong when I received my notice from IRS, but I contacted TaxAudit just to make sure. Muhammad looked at all of my paperwork and made sure everything was in order before he told me that we were still liable to pay the extra fees we were charged. It helped to have someone else look at my papers and Muhammad was very helpful in doing that.

Jun 02,2023I could not have gotten through this audit successfully without TaxAudit. Once we made a plan it was carried out successfully. The reason I don’t give them five stars is due to the communication. It would have been great to have someone lay out who was going to be communicating with me and when. The woman Rachel and I had a hard time getting through to one another due to her not having a “direct line” while working from home. TaxAudit could easily fix this issue. We ended up making appointments to talk which was more successful.

Having him monitoring this and knowing that my audit was being pushed through gave me a lot of comfort. It was not a fun experience, but it would have been much worse without his help. I am grateful for his consistent work and support.
