Feb 23,2023After making all my payments , I am still in the same situation I was in prior to hiring Tax Defense. My taxes have not been filled for 2021 and I kept getting letters from Irs the entire time my case was open and I’m still receiving letters from the Irs. I honestly did not benefit from this program at all. I’m not even sure anything was done on my case! I would say this is a complete rip off and should be against the law. To take taxpayers money and promise to provide a service that was not fulfilled. I paid over $200 a month , never missed a payment and no results. I hired this company a year ago this month and I am completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company to anyone, even if it was free. I was trying to stay optimistic, telling myself maybe someone will call me before I made my last payment with good news or even confirmation my case had been resolved. Negative, case remains unresolved , but I guess this is my problem. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Feb 10,2023As you can see, I have been a client for too long. Much of this comes from the time diffeence and the lack or immediacy being delivered by my past counselor/agents. Recently, I had medical issues that delayed things. I followed what I was told from one agent and was told that I did a wrong thing. Nelly calmed the situation and explained things in a human way. She basically told me to trust her and to complete a series of tasks. I have done almost everything and feel better about moving forward.
