Dec 13,2014Tax Defense did an extraordinary job of not only helping our family with our previous tax issues, but provided us with accurate and legal tax returns that needed to be filed. They were punctual, professional, accurate, concise and quite congenial. They did not talk down to us or embarrass us in any way, even when we just didn’t' understand what was going on. They stayed on top of all situations and kept to the promise of helping to resolve our issues. They saved us a lot of money and more importantly aggravation and anxiety. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service. They are the “REAL DEAL”!

It was at times very difficult to accept, but TDN was great, especially my representative Mark Giles!! He was always comforting and informative about the whole process as we went along the way. We had to pay at the end, but it was a reasonable amount and they protected all of our assets extremely well. Thank you Tax Defense Network.

Nov 08,2014Not only did they resolve my huge tax issue that had me biting my nails and wondering if I would ever be out from beneath the debt, but they arranged a very reasonable payment plan, got the fines and penalties reduced to sensible levels, and cut my tax debt by less than half! Every piece of paper I had to submit was easy to fill out, made sense, and literally took the burden off of my shoulders! I'm very happy I chose Tax Defense Network to help! Don't go anywhere else!

Nov 08,2014Tax Defense Network got the job done for me. They set up a reasonable payment plan for their fees. There was a fair amount of paperwork involved - all easy to do, but requiring steadfastness. Best of all they got the IRS off my back, showed me how to get back on track with paying my taxes and not falling behind, and followed up with me regularly through my designated Tax Analyst who was both compassionate and firm with me as needed. They also provided me with a strategy for continuing to improve my approach to my taxes over the next several years. Excellent all around, and I recommend Tax Defense Network heartily.

Nov 01,2014You all know that when the IRS comes calling, it is like your worst nightmare. Once they get you, there seems to be no way out. The longer you take to pay them back, the more you have to pay them back. I thank God I found TDN. They were able to stop the bleeding and show me the light at the end of the tunnel. When Jenn Gilreath, my TDN rep gave me the news that it was over and done, I got very emotional and told her thank you for a wonderful Christmas present...I now can have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Oct 29,2014We had been disputing a tax issue with the IRS for almost a year and felt we needed legal assistance. After contacting several law firms we were frustrated and confused. They couldn’t give us assurance as to the validity of our case but were more than willing to take our money. While searching online for other options, I found the Tax Defense Network and decided to give them a try. Jonathan took my call and spoke with me in length about our problem. He asked me a plethora of questions and spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone (at no charge) trying to assess whether or not we should pursue the matter. He also said they are selective in their cases and wanted to get a good handle on the situation to make sure it was a case they would be willing to consider taking. I appreciated this alternative approach which made me feel more comfortable and made them seem more reputable. After consulting with a colleague, who was a former IRS employee, they determined we should not move forward. We were so thankful to get an honest, legal perspective of our situation without feeling as though we were getting scammed in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend the Tax Defense Network as I believe they operate with honesty and integrity.

Oct 18,2014I used a Tax resolution company in the beginning of my tax debt issues. I paid the fees to them but they did not offer anything but tax filing, which I needed but beyond that, I needed support and resolution. Another company passed my case around to (3+) agents instead of just saying they couldn't do anything for my case. One company I paid made the filings and was able to get a payment plan, but the payments weren't decreasing the debt, it was only getting worse. They just weren't strong enough to interface with the IRS for me. You have to put your full trust in these agencies to help especially when you are in another State miles away. I found the local agencies in my area are just not strong enough and didn't supply good answers to my questions. With all that said, I contacted Tax Defense Network from information I found on-line. I just said to myself, after speaking to a couple different people there, that from what I gathered from them, I had to trust that they could bring about a good resolution. The pre-screening of me and my case was very good, very thorough, they investigated well and they put me totally at ease that I wasn't going to lose everything, I wouldn't be garnished, or wouldn't go to debtor's prison. I was able to secure a payment plan with them because I didn't have a lot of funds to to help me get this plan started. I was able to meet the down payment and meet my payment obligation to them. It seems like a lot of money to spend, but the alternative to procrastinating and not moving forward (not good either), no matter how painful, is not good, believe me! I tried to deal with the IRS on my own, it didn't go well, so my tax situation worsened. Procrastinating is not good, don't do that! Call Tax Defense Network. You will feel at ease then, and have peace and they will work through the issues with you. You supply the correct, honest information to them, and they will get the job done. After pre-screening my situation, I was assigned a diligent tax expert BEN KELLEY, he was great, he required information from me, and I supplied it and not always quickly on my part, but he had the patients of Job. When I did my part, he used the information sent, got my tax situation current, filed everything, State and Federal, sent them for me. He followed-through with everything he said he would, nothing was left incomplete, he kept in contact every step of the way. The resolution happened, it really didn't take long, I am compliant now and will stay that way. I will always have TDN file my taxes for me going forward, they know my history and I know they will always be there to help me to keep me on track. This is long, sorry, I just wanted you to know you can count on BEN and his colleagues to do the right thing for you! If you are having issues, don't wait, call them, they have the solution/resolution for you. Really!

Oct 04,2014I was hesitant at first to use any company for the purpose of resolving My tax issue but I made a great decision using Tax Defence Network. Once I had supplied them with the information they needed, I was able to relax and let them do their thing. They were able to resolve my problem more than satisfactorily, with a lower payment than I thought and also checked my previous returns for errors. They even gave invaluable advice for the future. Sep 25,2014I'll keep this short. I am self-employed. I am one of those people who knows how to make money but hates managing it. I can admit that. After I received a series of IRS letters within six months, I knew it was time to call for some help. I ended up owing about $32,000, but these folks were able to really teach me how to handle my books and still run my business. A few years later, and some unfiled returns, and suddenly I had a wage levy at work. I didn't know where to start, so I started searching for help. I was told so many different solutions, and given so many different prices, it made my head spin. I finally found Tax Defense Network on a legal site, and made my last call. When I spoke with the first person there, I knew I found the right company. They weren't the cheapest, but everything they said made sense. They solved my huge problem, fixed my wage levy, and got me a deal with the IRS I can afford.
