She handled all the paperwork and fax, calls did a great job .But i was passed from attorney to attorney sometimes not sure who was on the case. I believe in the end there was good result. Also was told in the beginning they would handle my state tax. but in my case no go.

Jul 07,2023I hired Tax defense to resolve my tax debt and paid them in full. The person they assigned to my case was incompetent, handle by case unprofessionally and after three years of dealing with this man not only has my tax debt not been resolved I now have a tax lien and a even higher tax debt to pay back the IRS. After continuing to complain about this incompetent agent the company would not give me someone else. I complain to the BBB and the company would not return or partially refund my money. This company has no ethics in doing business and only cares about taking your money. My recommendation if you're considering a Tax company is to run this was a disaster. Find another company it can't be no worst than these people. Tax Defense has an excuse for a resolution I pay the company money and I’m on my own I’ve tried calling this company back multiple times nobody ever responds. Again I now have a tax lien and have to hire a competent company for help. Tax Defense is no help at all they lie and take customers money and hang you out to die their motto is we done our job and you’re on your own from here.
