Oct 21,2022Tax Defense Network was a life saver. I had back taxes and the IRS kept sending me threatening letters about liens, garnishment, etc. Sylvester Jones and the entire team gave me piece of mind by helping to end those letters, file all my tax returns and give me a payment I can afford. The communication was amazing as any time I sent an email or made a call, I always received a quick response. Thanks again!

EVERYONE READING THIS WHEN YOU ARE SCAMMED REPORT TO BBB OF FLORIDA AND GET THESE SCAMMERS TAKEN DOWN. They will tell you they will stop liens. That will be a LIE. They cant stop Fn liens. They will say they can, then later on when you get piled w liens another dumbazz will say im sorry they told you that passing blame on another acting innocent when they all in on it. I got 4 liens on my house. They will set you up to lose your house. And cars. They cant do spit but take what the IRS gives. Worst bunch of liars youll run across. This service will leave you feeling scammed. These dumbazzes have no technical expertise and youll be talking to someone that will reference a “tax professional” what tf is that? I have papers from IRS stating i owed 18k. When tax relief network got involved some dipstick named katherine g informed me i owe 41k. Keesha is full of sh!t to. They will have no answers. There will be an equally incompetent team member they will try to pass you off on to another incompetent liar. All the reviews on their website which you cant write a review on are equal parts bullsh!t. I see when you write bad review on here they are so quick to reply (to keep their scam covered) with some BS sympathetic response like “oh were sorry, contact us we do our best” “we strive to do our best” ALL BS. So before you reply w more of your BS. Save it. If you want your tax bill tripled these are the people to call. All while they are parasites into your bank account for years.

Apr 20,2022I wish I could leave zero stars. They lie and leave out important information. I was told that they would work with the IRS to remove any interest and penalties once my settlement (that I could have done on my own) was in place I was told it will take 1-2 months for the penalties to fall off. I was also told that their fees and payment to the IRS would include one payment. Found out after that their fees are a separate monthly payment from the IRS. Their tactics are deceitful and disgusting! Response to tax defense Yes your fees are detailed in the agreement but when asking for clarification I was told that your fees and the payment to the IRS were included in one payment which was not the case. Your staff are also rude and ignores emails nor are they very helpful. I asked for a phone number and was told by a manager that it should be in one of my emails. Why not provide good customer service and provide the number.

Mar 24,2022Told me they were going to help ended up getting no help. I paid them 4000.00 dollars to fill my taxes and setup a payment plan. They got me no relief on my taxes. People were rude with little to no communication. Please don not waste your money. Hire a local tax accountant he will do you a better job.

Jan 27,2022In the beginning of 2021, I felt good with what I was told about my case. I felt the team was going to handle it well. When I got my personal tax representative, things turned the other way. I was barely communicated to. I had to reach out to her supervisor to get updates. My taxes would not be mailed to me until December of 2021 after Tax Defense started my case in February of that same year. Then all of sudden, or when my last payment to the company was paid, it was on me to hurry and sign. Like I was the problem… Honestly, this company didn’t do anything I couldn’t do myself. I was under the impression they would work with the IRS on my payment plan. But all they did was file the taxes, then tell me what I was supposed to pay. I requested through email that everything be explained to me, but never got a response. Trust me, I’m not bitter. But I do believe I wasted my money on this company to help. They didn’t help. They just did exactly what I should have done on my own. I wouldn’t waste my money again on this company at all. The only reason I’m giving three stars, is because they filed my taxes. They did not help me, they did not explain anything. They just filed the taxes, patted me on my back after they got my money, and walked away.

Jan 15,2022I started my process when I got an ugly letter... I received immediate support and the IRS was notified that they were my representative. This stopped any negative actions right away. My case took 3 years to resolve and came out to my positive. Each person I worked with was patient and helpful. Given the many choices of the companies out there I would say this was a very lucky choice for me and would highly recommend them for you.

Dec 18,2021We were told that we should be able to get a negotiated settlement from the IRS for considerably less than the total debt. This negotiated amount could be paid in full and the debt would go away. Up until now, we are told that the IRS debt would be put on hold and they would not pursue collection but the debt would still exist. This is not what we originally were told.

When I tried Tax Defense Network I was so pleased with their work ethic and their timely results. Your tax advisors were courteous and helped me out so efficiently and I thank you so much for all your help. I would definitely recommend Tax Defense Network to anyone.

Nov 29,2021As I read through these reviews there is a definite theme about poor service, lack of responsiveness, lack of follow-up or returned phone calls and email messages, and the assigned case manager disappearing once MoneySolver has received payment from its customers. I have been extremely disappointed in this company. As stated by many, the commitments made by the sales team are huge, and I even give them credit for filing and re-submitting my tax returns with the IRS, but all follow up beyond that regarding working through payment, asking for an adjustment from the IRS due to hardship, etc. has been beyond pitiful. After a year of this company rarely showing up for me, I am now stuck with the same amount owned to the IRS and HIGHER penalties because this company did not come through for me. My bank accounts were levied the day before Thanks giving because this company never bothered to send IRS the information they requested. I am asking for someone to reach out to me.

Nov 11,2021I found myself in a terrible situation after my ex left unexpectedly. Tax Defense helped me get through it and was able to get everything settled. It does take time and it will cost you some money. But the money they saved me, is more than well worth what I spent. I highly recommend them.

Nov 05,2021RUN AWAY FAST! This company failed to protect me from the IRS due to their untimely manner of taking care of me. I hired them in May 2021, paid them entirely up front, and as of 10-30-2021, my tax situation remained the same. They failed to negotiate anything on my behalf and just filled out paper work that I could have done myself. Their total lack of attention to detail was horrific! They informed me I would owe the IRS $430 per month. They then sent me an email stating due to my current rep not communicating, they would assign to another rep. In the meantime, I got another letter from the IRS indicating their intent to Levy my accounts. I informed my new rep just to go ahead and make the settlement for $430 per month. She then came back and said , sorry, we made a mistake, you actually owe $1650 a month!! This company also needs to send their employees to an empathy class, which their reps lack in a huge way.

Oct 27,2021I feel like I was charged for something that I could have done myself. I was under the impression that my taxes amount could get reduced and it didn't. I still owe the IRS 17k . Yes, they assisted with getting me a payment plan which I could have done myself because I did it before. I chosed tax defense for getting help to reduce the amount I owe. Now I'm in debt for something I could have done myself. I'm not satisfied with the outcome.
