Feb 03,2023What made my experience great was being able to receive the documents to my email as discussed in my phone conversation with TDN, Alexis Melton. She did a great job explaining the documents. The documents was sent using Document sign which allowed me to and I was very pleased to know that her and the company took extra protection to secure my private information. The company is doing well by helping us resolve our tax issues.

I appreciate that you won't call me again. I never applied for help by your company in any way. I want to know why your same number called me today with a caller ID of Milk and Hny Co.? Stop calling me!

Jan 11,2023IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS I GOT 74k PLACED INTO A NON COLLECTIBLE STATUS! GOD USED BOTH MARIA AND CHRIS TO HELP ME!!! I am forever grateful. When I called and initially spoke with Maria. I was so scared and felt like I had no hope or options. She was so kind and listened to all of my concerns and explained to me how the process would work. The next challenge I had was payment. Although it was affordable it was still more than I had at that moment. Maria was able to work out a monthly plan that I could afford. Next I was contacted by Chris Lee. Chris was kind and professional. I knew he knew what he was doing and understood the law. He negotiated 74K for me with back taxes and fines and was able to get it placed into a non collectible status. Tax Defense Network is the way to go. I will refer them to anyone I know with a tax debt issue.
