Our Tax Analyst Stephanie Townley has been very helpful, great and has always gotten back to me on a timely manner. She has been very nice, polite and very respectful.

Nov 29,2022I do not think they can do what they promised. After paying high fees to them, the interest and penalties are continuing to increase with nothing resolved. They were able to put it in non- collectible status, but for how long? So far after 18 months I see no resolution

Nov 22,2022During one conversation I was having with my representative, he called the Irs via three way call and I was able to listen in and participate in the call to resolve an issue. When I first called to request help for my tax issue Mr. Chenault took action, the IRS letters stop coming and for the first time in years I was stress free. Thanks for all your help

Nov 20,2022Our representatives was Daniel Hernandez and he was not only cordial but efficient and attentive. The process was less stressful than expected...no judgment, just understanding. I would recommend this company and Daniel Hernandez to anyone unfortunate to enough to need your services. It was ironic how working hard and honoring our payment schedule suddenly became an issue but Daniel was understanding and supportive. It made a less than wonderful situation less about a process and more about a personal relationship and a resolution. We are grateful for his guidance and help.

While I was, and remain, very disappointed at the outcome of the service I expected and displeased with how the assigned 'expert' handled my case, Tiffany was patient, comforting, apologetic, empathetic, personable and professional. Her ability to properly manage people in highly stressful and deeply disappointing situations is exceptional. I remain so thankful she answered the phone today when I was 'at the end of my rope' with your representative.

Dec 24,2022If I could give zero stars I would. Initial conversation was very good and sounded like a good plan was put in place. Since then, the communication from my representative has been awful. Even pre-set phone appointments were missed by her and I had to track her down for multiple days. Ultimately, the only results I got (a 75% reduction in garnishment) were from my own calls with the state tax department. I wasted my money with them, they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Find someone else to help you or just do it yourself like I wound up doing.
