I was directed to Daniel by my Tax Coordinator Thuy who responded to my request for assistance immediately, did everything she could do on her end and connected me with Daniel in the billing department. He was kind, listened to my billing issues and figured out a way to make my billing schedule work for everyone! So far my experience with this company has been great!

Feb 11,2025WE HAVE WORKED WITH THE COMPANY AND FOR WHAT WE HAVE SPENT IS A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. WE SET UP WITH ANI TAPIA AND SHE AND THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GREAT SO FAR. WE ARE DOING TAXES FOR OUR JOINT BUSINESS AND PERSONAL LIFE FILINGS AND THEY HAVE ALREADY SENT AND EXPLAINED ALL OF OUR DOCUMENTS SO FAR. WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM 5 STARRS BUT WE HAVE NOT COMPLETED OUR TAX RISE JOURNEY SO THEY ONLY CAN GET 4 STARS FROM US, BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS HURDLES TO CLIMB AND JUMP OVER. WE'VE FOUND OUT THAT IT IS BEST TO USE APPLE PRODUCTS FOR MORE DIRECT TEXTING SAFETY AND SECURITY FROM THE BILLIONS OF MOBILE DEVICES AND COMPUTERS THAT ARE OFFLINE THAT DON'T NEED INTERNET TO RE-ROUTE AND RE-DIRECT MAIL.

Feb 08,2025I spoke with someone today to see if they can help me get a issue resolved with the IRS and unauthorized person that filed my taxes and has claimed money that is owed to me and I want to know how did they get access to my information on my W-2 form. I pray that they can help me get this resolved because I can pay off some of my bills. This is so sad for people to do stuff like that to hard working people.

Feb 05,2025PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were NOT worth the almost 10K I have spent. Two years and still no tax returns to sign or news from the IRS. They only care about the money and not the customer. Tax Rise are nothing more than bottom feeders who pray on your fear and when you're the most vulnerable.

Feb 01,2025I joined Taxrise back in October 2024 with a tax debt of $23000.00 including interest. Taxrise took my $500 deposit and soon after told me it would be $7700 for their services, I filled out all the forms and they said they would be working with the IRS, and it could be a few months before we hear anything concerning a payment plan. Well its February now and despite multiple calls and emails they have not responded to me what-so-ever. Now I have my 2024 taxes coming up, and I need to know how to file these based on this resolution agreement, but no response. After reading the number of complaints, I am getting concerned and can only hope they are doing what they state they are, but it would be nice to hear from them...
