Dec 24,2024I paid them for months never got any updates other than when my payment didn’t post they never did anything to help my situation. Once I negotiated my own issues with the IRS and canceled the service they started threatening to sue me and that was more contact then I had the entire year or more I was paying them . I truly believe that customer service is something of the past anymore, we are just numbers in companies like these , there’s no personal attention after the sales pitch .

Dec 19,2024At Taxrise Earika, help me with my state taxes issue. I called her and she called me back and within two days my state taxes issue was review. By the end of the week, I was setup with a payment plan. And she called back to check on me to see if I receive my email. I like to say thank you Earika.
