Jan 05,2022Having ordered a motherboard, I waited three days for the item to not turn up. From day 1, Mark, from TechNextDay, was evasive and non committal in his responses; originally stating "if you have a tracking number it will be in your account." (It transpired, an "account" was automatically set up (for customers) having made said purchase.) Ultimately, the reality was, the Tech didn't arrive next day despite making the purchase in good time and subsequently receiving a confirmation email it would. On reflection, a bad start. On the third successive failed delivery, I asked for an immediate refund. Mark, seemingly the only person who works for the business claimed that I need to wait until the motherboard arrives back at the "warehouse" and then they will process my refund in the new year (—therefore, at least 10 days delay.) On 29 December (1 week later), DPD confirmed the motherboard had been successfully returned to sender, signed for at 9.03am on that day albeit at a SEPARATE business known as 'ViP Computer Centre Ltd' (not, TechNextDay (ltd). Seemingly, Tech nextDay does not hold physical stock despite having the item advertised on their website. This raises the chances you will have problems with this company. On the December 29, I phoned TechNextDay and asked had they processed my refund. Mark stated he could not refund until the item was returned to the warehouse and processed. On this occasion I was ready for him, and told him I was aware the motherboard had been received earlier that morning some 9 hours prior. Yet, despite having his basis debunked (notwithstanding, I hadn't ever took possession of the motherboard, and there was no issues of the sort) yet, TechNextDay failed and still fail to refund. Edit: 5 Jan, 2022 - still no refund and patchy responses from TechNextDay. Since opened a goods not received case w/ my bank.

Jan 04,2022Sold me a faulty motherboard and told me that it couldn't be returned without every single screw and accessory that came with it In the original packaging Scammed out of 100 quid. I'd recommend any overclockers over this site any day Customer Service is rarely open

Dec 22,2021I purchased a CPU for a Christmas present with this company to have my order cancelled and only being notified at 2pm the next day after taking payment the response they gave me was due to a system glitch but yet notified other parties that the order was cancelled due to an issue with my delivery address which was a false statement I am now out of pocket for Christmas as a refund will not be issued for 10 days and also finding a replacement will be extremely hard this close to Christmas very unprofessional service don't recommend

Dec 21,2021Ordered a CPU at a good price. They took my money and then cancelled my ordered because they had a glitch in their system and advertised the wrong price. An online shop has a legal requirement to honour the price if they have already taken your money, which they had. I've now got to wait 10 days to get my money back - shocking. Do not trade with this company under any circumstances

Dec 15,2021Avoid this shambles of a company ! ordered a motherboard only for them to send the wrong one. After messing about printing returns labels queuing outside post office for 20 mins I returned it and was told by Mark the board I wanted was back in stock on Friday. So jump forward another week and guess what ?? Yes you couldn't make it up.... They only sent me the same board again.... I mean this close to Christmas and you have these bloody clowns wasting 2 weeks of my time by sending me the wrong Motherboard TWICE !!!! Do yourself a favour and never shop with these jokers !!!

Dec 14,2021Before purchasing my product, I found Technextday on uk.pcpartpicker. The low price of the product was quite attractive. However, please don't let the price attract you. The service alongside the product you get is not worth your money and stress. I made the mistake of buying the product before reading reviews etc online. After purchasing the product, I did not receive an estimated delivery date. I emailed them and did not get a reply. Although they are literally called 'technextday', my product arrived 4 days after purchase. When my product did arrive, the exterior packaging looked amateur and rushed. It was stuffed poorly with half delated large bubble wrap. I would definitely spend the extra £3-£5 on another, more reputable website. This dodgy, lack of communication and effort service is not worth the cheaper price - it literally got to the point where I thought I just simply would not get my product sent to me.

Nov 27,2021Had never heard of this company until I started looking up for an RTX 3070 again. Did my research when I saw that they were selling an RTX 3070 at a lower price than any other online retailer I could find. (£849.99 is still outlandishly expensive mind you, but I guess this is the new world). After doing my research, I thought I'd give them a chance. I'm so glad I did. Added it to my basket, paid for it as you do, and then received an email to say that the order had been received and they were working to get it to the courier (this was at 8pm so I didn't qualify for actual next day delivery). Got an email the next day to say that the courier would be delivering it tomorrow...low-and-behold, it arrived the next day as advertised. I've been running it now in my PC as happy as I could be. Checked through my system specs and info to make sure it is a legit RTX 3070 and it is. I'm so glad I trusted my gut and I will be shopping here again in the future for some of my tech needs.

So quick in fact that the order update section of their website hasn't had a chance to catch up! Coupled with the fact they were the cheapest on the market and that the delivery was free, excellent! Great service, will use again and highly recommended!

Nov 16,2021this is an honest review and idk about the other reviews but this is a legit one and idk how to prove it but it is, TECHNEXTDAY IS AMAZING :) ordered gpu friday, came today with no issue, everything was perfect, i had my doubts at first but it's all gone now, good customer service, everything straightforward, 5/5! totally recommend this place <3
