Aug 10,2021Delivery was as described, and arrived next day, however the package was shipped to my billing address (I've recently moved house and have a mail re-direct there) and not the separate shipping address. Fortunately I was able to retrieve the package on my own accord after driving over 200 miles to retrieve it. The customer service team offered a less that satisfactory response to the issue. Offering only a sorry, and explaing that their system only gave them the billing address, despite myself double checking that the billing and shipping addresses were separate and correct. I've been offered a £10 refund which is currently pending. There was no offer to fix their mishap with shipping, no offer of arranging a courier, (which would not have cost much more than their refund offer), they didn't even seem to want to attempt to fix their mishap. So I'm rather disappointed as this could have been an easy fix on their part and I would have been leaving a 5-star review I'd they'd made any reasonable attempt to help.
