Feb 23,2022I was building a pc, most my parts were coming from amazon but my motherboard i decided to save money on and bought through Technextday, I had all my stuff from amazon delivered and started to worry incase i had made a mistake, i started to check out trust pilot and began to worry more, but low and behold i got my delivery through from the southern coast of england to the north east coast of scotland in one working day, pretty suprised considering it was the cheapest price on google for the B660i, no faults at all with the motherboard. Will definitely remember this website when I upgrade in future Thanks

Feb 06,2022Something is really suspicious about this website. I was offered a discount coupon after pointing out about another website the item I wanted to buy at a lower price. Therefore I placed the order and after one day it was cancelled claiming that my card wasn't meeting the security requirements which it never happened to me despite of having used that card so much for online shopping. So I wanted to place a new order using a different card, but the coupon wasn't available and I chatted with the staff to get some help. The guy (Mark) was very evasive and useless, only writing that I should have requested a new coupon. However, after manually cancelling the order (which was already supposed to be cancelled, but in the system was just showing as "failed" instead of "cancelled") then the coupon was again available. So I tried to place the order again, but with a different card and the transaction was declined. I chatted for some explanation and got no answer. Now, the first order actually took out my money, although the system claims that a refund has been issued, so I hope I will see the balance back in the following days, otherwise I will have to file a claim for fraud. My advice is to stay away from this company as isn't fully transparent and the support is less than useless.

Feb 02,2022Product arrived very promptly considering it had to travel the length of the UK. I ordered a 3080ti and it was more expensive than I'd like but Technextday had the best price on it (its now sold out again so good luck folks) Marking down a star because GPU's are so wildly overpriced atm is probably harsh because its not really TechNextDay's fault, but my wallet is in pain.

Jan 24,2022I ordered a Ryzen 7 3800X processor and it is running as expected with no issues so far, delivery wasn't next day but that wasn't really expected considering I ordered on new years ever. I was sceptical of ordering from Technextday because I hadn't heard of them before but they surpassed my expectations. I would recommended them with no hesitation

Jan 13,2022Not used TechNextDay before was a little apprehensive, ordered a motherboard which turned out to be faulty but Mark was helpful and the return process was very easy. Just make sure you keep all packaging and parts otherwise you may not get your money back!

Jan 06,2022Just found this website , and wow these have products that are out of stock everywhere else . So i thought i would come on here and check out the reviews . Tbh i was a bit put off by some of the reviews . But they had what i could t get anywhere else , so i purchased my items . Then realised i could of got a faster ram for the same price . So i decided to phone them . And the guy i spoke to was very helpful and polite ,and said he would change the order for me , the next day my parcell arrived with the faster ram . So my purchase experience was 100% , positive ,so dont be put off by the reviews , I will definitely use these guys again Hope you find my review helpfull

Feb 25,2022Absolutely awful company, purchased a motherboard which was all good to use, didn't work got it checked over by a PC specialist, checked everything on the board. Sent it back to TECHNEXTDAY only to be told that I have bent the pins (I didn't at all) this was all checked before using but somehow there bent, so now they won't issue a refund. Defiantly have done this themselves to retain my money and not having to issue a refund, these things aren't cheap. this was all within 14 days of purchase too. Having to contact my bank to trying get a chargeback over this. People avoid at all costs, just stick to with Amazon!!
