Jan 07,2025Just used Teletex for my holiday to Tunisia, I spoke to "Sarkar", lets just say, I'll be booking my future holidays through teletex. Everything from finding the holiday, to booking, to the journey, transfers, to the hotel went absolutely like a dream. Those in doubt about Teletex holidays should have no fear, they're back in action. And "Sarkar" was absolutely amazing in helping with the whole process, i kept going back to him if i had questions and he answered them all. THANK YOU SO MUCH TELETEX ***** 5stars

Jan 06,2025Excellent service from reservations agent Jai. The original flight times weren't suitable for us. He put a lot of effort into finding alternative flights which were better for us and a reasonable price. He explained everything very well and listened to our requirements

Jan 06,2025I HAD A GUY WHO SAID HIS NAME WAS;MAXIM;FROM TELETEXT HOLIDAYS..[ALLEGEDLY.]WITH A PHONE NUMBER...0330 380 0888 ..PUSHING ME TO TAKE THE HOLIDAY I WAS LOOKING AT..I SAID I WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK TO MY WIFE 1ST BUT HE KEPT ON OFFERING ME THIS REDUCTION AND ROOM UPGRADE AMONG OTHER THINGS..I SAID IF MY WIFE WANTS THIS HOLIDAY I WILL PHONE HIM LATER WHEN MY WIFE COMES HOME...ABOUT 2/3 HRS LATER HE CALLED BACK AFTER I SAID I WOULD CALL HIM IF I WANTED THE HOLIDAY..SO I HUNG UP AND NEXT THING I GOT AN E-MAIL SAYING THIS WAS A SCAM NUMBER...SO IF I HAD OF WENT AHEAD WITH THE BOOKING MY BANK ACCOUNT WOULD HAVE BEEN EMPTIED..SO WATCH IF YOU BOOK WITH THIS SCAMMER....NOW I,M NOT SAYING NOT TO BOOK WITH TELETEXT HOLIDAYS BUT LOOKOUT FOR SCAMS.

Jan 06,2025Just booked a short break with Teletext holidays. On contacting the call centre the employee, Lavanya, was great. She explained every detail and managed to get better flights and a hotel for a great price, this was better than any other price that i had looked at on other sites. Her patience and understanding was excellent and she was very knowledgeable about the area in which we wanted to stay. I will be using teletext holidays to book in future.

I got to say he was so good ensuring we got the best deal but at the same time his customer service skills were 10/10! We booked for 9 people (2 families) he took care of the complete package for us !! Hes a credit to the company, if it wasn’t for him we would have booked with another holiday provider but we trusted in his customer service skills and experience to give us the best value for money holiday !
