Jan 05,2025They give me a price on the phone after I paid and was waiting for confirmation they call me again and they said that the price is higher spent half a day to request a refund. Not recommended at all better other websites where you can do everything on the website with no hidden cost.

They were so helpful willing to listen and look for the best option whilst being professional and very friendly with a sense of humour! They definitely restored my faith in using a travel broker and as a frequent traveller i have never thought of using teletext but we will definitely be back if they lead by example!
