Jan 22,2025I booked a holiday but when I had my booking confirmation email my booking was wrong. I phoned today and I spoke to VJ Within five minutes from being on hold, he had sorted my problem out and sent me an email Confirmation. Very good customer service from him.

Jan 22,2025Very polite lady. Service not very quick and price varied, not all costs were shown on the Internet, so basically there were hidden costs. Wanted me to book straight away but I wanted to speak to my sister and check the hotel and reviews. When I did call back the price had increased so I finished my call, they called me back offering the original price, I just don't like this kind of business but did book in the end as it was a good deal, so fingers crossed it will be a lovely holiday.

Jan 21,2025This company made so many mistakes with our booking it was an awful start to our holiday. #1.we couldnt find our transfer at the airport in tenerife we were getting help from the airport staff at the private taxi booths nobody knew the name of the company it was not on our paperwork, and we wasted over 1 hr looking for them. We got another taxi to the hotel #2 the hotel wasnt the one i booked with teletex that was also wrong our paperwork showed Laguna park 2 which was on a steep hill and didnt have a disability bathroom, I have a walking disability and couldn't have used a wheelchair. #3 we spent 2 days trying to get moved to a more suitable hotel in Las Americas but non could be found.So they moved us one and a half hours away north to Puerta de la Cruz we wanted ti be in Las Americas #4 our private taxi transfer had not been changed over to the new location so we wouldn't have had enough time to catch our flight in the south..more phone call to straighten that out. DATE OF EXPERIENCE WAS JAN.16-18

Jan 19,2025Alfred was absolutely amazing. After realising I actually want to add my child, he found an amazing hotel even better than the one I had previously if going solo. This was now also upgraded to all Inc as I hot the little un , with the shuttle and an extra over head cabin bag I got an amazing price. Over happy and can't wait to now share my holiday with my bubba.Thankyou Alfred.

I had to take them to court to get back 3.5k that they would have kept if I hadn’t. Your rebranding does not change that you are a completely immoral company!

Jan 18,2025I’ve booked a holiday through them and like others, the price did go up considerably compared to what was advertised. But I still went ahead. Just tried to change the accommodation and they wanted £2k more. Would cost me the same to cancel the holiday completely, losing a considerable deposit and then booking the new hotel through Tui. Won’t be using them again after this trip.

Jan 17,2025We had never heard of let alone utilised Teletext Holidays and as with many 'first time' contacts with companies, we were not sure what to expect. But what a pleasant surprise. We were introduced to Adam who has been working in the travel industry for 18 years, which based on the way he dealt with us, responded to all our questions promptly and completed the transaction was a tribute to his level of experience. Would we use Adam and Teletext Holidays? Absolutely!
