He took his time looking at the perfect and affordable holiday for us. Would definitely recommend. I definitely know I’ll be using them again for any future booking.

Dec 29,2024The price on the website is not the actual price. When you call up, they will tell you that it's not available and the live price is much higher. Their argument is that the website clearly says from. I did not change or add anything to the deal but still got told the price had significantly increased. They try to pressure you into going ahead straight away like many sales people and then demand half of the money up front as a deposit. In order to help secure the sale, they were happy to negotiate a smaller deposit. This made me suspicious so I asked for their Atol number which the official Atol website says was an invalid number. Then I typed in their domain/trading name (Teletext holidays ltd and Teletext Travel Ltd). Neither of which are registered. They may be registered under a different name or number but this experience has made me really uncomfortable.

This was especially the case when we had a last minute addition to the group and he went above and beyond to ensure we could include the extra person seamlessly. He was polite, professional and always maintained great customer service throughout making the process very easy and smooth. Dec 28,2024Really helpful advisor Krishna helped me plan our perfect holiday. He has emailed the hotel for us to get 2 rooms next door to each other and arranged our flights and transfers. He was also helpful with advise about places to visit. He returned our call to explain all the emails to expect. Also the cheapest holiday company compared to other tour operators.

Fred was very helpful and gave me a really reasonable price at the time of booking his service was really good and can't fault him. Thanks Fred Later I then needed some last minute information spoke with a customer service advisor named VJ he was very also helpful friendly and he was able to find the information I needed. Customer service with them seems really good

Dec 26,2024We booked our holiday to jaz mirabel beach Egypt with your sales team Bruce in November for 25th of December on arriving at the hotel was totally discusted and upset you have booked us into the wrong hotel I have had to pay extra to get booked into the one we wanted and have kept my reciept I will be taking this matter further wene I come home 2 very unhappy customers Mr James palmer
