He found a holiday package to suit my budget. we have priority travel status, private transfer and a good 5* hotel. If you need a booking try teletext and if you want an excellent service ask for Sarkar

Dec 19,2024EDITED TO ADD - response states I heard back re clarification but this is not true. I've not heard anything. What a mess. I was pushed into a sale by the initial rep which was fine, I know they want the commission - the whole silliness of cutting a deal 'especially for me' was a bit wasted as I found a better deal within minutes on Expedia (with extra perks no less) which the guy finally caved and said he'd match. I asked for confirmation that the amount we paid was ALL IN no hidden costs re airport, flights or hotel (bearing in mind I am travelling with two small children and need to be with them at all times). I was re-assured it was all in, nothing more to pay. I tried to manage booking via the airlines to be told the reference numbers were wrong, so I contacted them again to be told it was actually a different airline. So I went via the other airline to be told it was the previous one and I couldn't choose seating (important, given the kids), and I had to once more head back to the initial airline who told me it wasn't them and I had to go back to Teletext. I proceeded to email them three times (two in direct response to an email they sent me) and didn't hear anything, so I called them and was re-assured I'd get a call back within a day. I didn't, so I called again to be left on hold without speaking to anyone. I tried once more today, to have to go through the exact same rigmarole as before and now find out I'll be out of pocket over £100 more because in fact the seats ARE chargeable. The rep was very repetitive and made it clear what I was saying wasn't being listened to and dismissed. I had a great experience with this company over a decade ago and thought I'd try them again and regret it.
