Dec 17,2024I called Teletext holidays and got to speak with Samuel. My first impression was that he had a lovely voice. I explained i have particular dates and a fixed budget, so i may not end up booking anything at the end of the call. He was most patient and accepted this, didn't try to pressure me at all. After almost 40 minutes of searching, we agreed i would call back after i had discussed with my partner the holiday we found. In the end it was another 40 minute conversation before i was ready to procced with booking. I was really happy with Samuel's service. He explained all the details before taking any payment and was diligent to ensure all the passenger info was correct before confirming the booking. Would definitely recommend and use teletext holidays again, thank you :)
