Jan 23,2025I have booked my holiday through Teletext, although the holiday itself is in Aug 2025. The transaction was really swift. I called today to enquire about a few things regarding the holiday. Ken (the advisor) who took the call was so kind and looked into all the queries for me. He was really honest and sincere. Thanks Ken for your help today.

Jan 23,2025Teletext holiday booking was good the sales advisor was very good and patient as I'm not very tech savvy however the reason I only gave 3 star's is because there is an administration email address that you need when booking your seats and checking in with Ryan air that was not provided or even mentioned to us on booking the holiday

Jan 23,2025My holiday started off bad...we arrived at our accomodation to find, somehow our rooms had been cancelled. I was on the fone for over an hour with "Fred" this call started at 8.45pm, Fred was very helpful and patient, we had to pay extra for the night, with the promise we would be reimbursed and would be moved to another hotel the following morning. Sure enough 9.15am "Kevin" foned he was also very helpful, and talked us through our next move, so in a nutshell, KEVIN got us into a Sol hotel very close to our original choice, he assured me that my outlay for the previous night would be returned. So the holiday came and went, we came home, I forwarded the hotel receipt the following day, and, three days later I was repayed. Big hand for FRED in sales who went above and beyond, and also KEVIN in resort, Thank you TELETEXT HOLIDAYS

I was looking all day and it was hard to find the same holiday as my sister had booked the previous week.I was hoping to get the same offer but was so hard.Finally I found Teletext Holiday and I was so sceptic 🤨 I dissuade to call and I had Mark explaining everything to me, he was so patient and lovely to us! He found the exact same hotel and flight for us and made me so happy! Thank you Mark and I will back to you on my next holiday!! Thank you one more time!
