He guided me through the process without being patronising.He made a situation which I found quite terrifying easy,and gave me the confidence to persevere.His work and attitude need to be recognised.

Feb 04,2025Lisa was extremely helpful, I told her I from the start I was apprehensive as it's been a very long time I've used Teletext! She put me at ease, explained everything was patient as even on the phone I was still looking for holidays trying to get a good price. In doing so she was able to secure me transfers etc in their price. Correspondence came through immediately and I'm already checked in . I will see how the getaway goes and if as smoothly as the booking I'll go through Teletext again ... Thank you Lisa and the team , warm regards Debbie
