Jan 29,2025A big thank you to Sarkar from Teletex Hoidays Sales Team who ddid a great job in finding the holiday of our chosen destination, hotel, flights and transfers. Worked hard trying to match best location/accomodation to match our budget by costing various options like alternative flights to enable us to get higher spec rooms keeping within our budget. Would recommend Teletex Holidays for a more bespoke customer service.

Jan 29,2025Booked a family holiday and referred 2 other groups wanting to come along with us who also booked via Teletext holidays. Unfortunately we suffered a bereavement of a femily member booked on the holiday and Teletext holidays refused to cancel that place or even transfer into somebody else's name. Extremely tough time for everyone and this just added to our distress. Will never use Teletext holidays again. Complete lack of customer care or empathy. I'll never book with them again.

Jan 28,2025Very happy with my experience using teletext holidays. Had to wait more than 24 hours for my confirmation and details but the nice VJ helped me with this. Both Mike and VJ were very helpful, polite and patient. I will use again.

Jan 27,2025We had issues with children's names being wrong on flight itinerary. Zane, one of the adviserers at Teletext, dealt with the issue promptly and resolved it in less than 24 hours. He was professional, polite and helpful during our phone calls. He even followed up with a call to make sure everything is sorted with our booked holidays. I would recommend teletext to anyone.
