Apr 06,2023Two of the trees were in bud when delivered and have done well in their pots leafing out well ! The red crepe myrtle and Bamboo looked dead ! I was so concerned about the plants I called customer service about my concern ! They told me wait until June to see if they bloom out ! So every day I check them and no change !

Apr 06,2023I ordered 5 bracken ferns that I planted and now that the plants are coming up I see they are not ferns. They look like hosta’s maybe? My other plants in my order are correct. Reached out to the company and they quickly sent me the ferns. Good products with excellent customer service. Thank y’all!

Apr 03,2023Couldn't wait to get the Irish Moss! However, very disappointed when I received shipment!. I was expecting five square feet as advertised, perhaps five individual pieces or actually a piece equal to 5 square feet of Irish Moss. I ordered (five square feet X 8)= total 40 square feet, However, what I received were a few pieces that were maybe one square foot each, but the rest were just multiple very small pieces of Irish Moss. Two bags were filled with just scraps of Irish Moss all thrown together. 2 scrap bags of Irish Moss were almost dried out. I have planted as much as I could but it is nowhere to 40 square feet. Most pieces of moss were just tiny, little pieces, fragments that I tried to piece together in my garden. Also, there was so much debris mixed in with the scraps of Irish Moss. It looked as though someone just swept bits and pieces of Irish Moss along with other bits of material and shoved them into a bag. Two of the bags of Irish Moss that I ordered, each was marked 5 pounds. Yes, 5 pounds of debris. So sad and I paid a lot of money for all those bags of debris.

Apr 03,2023TN Nursery does a great job of getting their customers orders shipped out. I like that they ship through UPS (which means I get my orders in a timely manner). No company is flawless. I've ordered from them on numerous occasions. There was only one (1) time when the order wasn't correct, and they corrected it quickly, and without giving me any grief. Every order that I've received from TN Nursery has contained healthy plants. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work.

Apr 06,2023I have ordered from several different nurseries. Each nursery has added instructions or referenced their online instructions for planting and care. My items arrived dried out and didn’t know exactly what to do with the roots. I googled however on the plants I ordered there isn’t a lot you can Google. I didn’t even receive a packaging slip. Not sure I will do business again.
