Apr 07,2023The communication was fabulous. The forsynthias i ordered were nice size but probably won't bloom until next year. Lilies arrived healthy and in good condition but delphiniums are questionable as to if they will grow. They were a little mushy.

I phoned customer service and was told I had to send a picture before someone could help. I did this and then I was told that management would respond. I finally received information on how to plant what I received, but do not know if it is the same product.

Apr 06,2023I ordered a variety of 25 ferns. I specifically asked for EVEN numbers of whatever variety they would send. I even ordered a single fern to make it 26 so it could be even. Unfortunately I received the amounts of 5,5,5,10, and 1 of different ferns. Why have a comment section on the order if it's going to be ignored anyways. Really disappointed, because now I'm left with 16 ferns that are all odd numbers of and won't look right.
