Sep 04,2018TFM transported an heirloom drinks cabinet from Nottingham to Auckland. The fact that said cabinet was mirrored throughout the top half would have had most companies having reservations about it arriving in one piece, not TFM! After several weeks at sea the cabinet arrived safe, sound and fully intact and is now 'resting' in a corner fully stocked! Many thanks TFM for impeccable service. Rob

Aug 20,2018Big day yesterday as our furniture arrived in deepest, rural France. A complicated move for us as stuff gathered from three different properties in the UK, consolidated and stored before final delivery. All the way through, service has been impeccable. On delivery day, the boys could not have been any more friendly, polite and helpful - our end of the bargain was to keep them fed and watered! For a very short time, your removal people almost become part of the family and without exception we have found all at TFM a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them! Thanks TFM! (PS Sorry Eileen jumped on your truck when you weren't looking - it was the excitement!)

Aug 18,2018TFM provided an absolutely first class service which included the initial survey, loading the goods into containers for short term secure insured storage, delivery to Somerset and off-load into our new home. The whole team worked well and with attention to detail - any problems were foreseen and overcome in advance which made the whole moving process simple and straightforward. This coupled with the use of the storage facilities to enable the house buying chain to be broken (this in our case was only marginally more expensive than a direct move) made the actual move a pleasure. As one that rarely publishes a review and who is generally hard to please, I would recommend TFM to anyone who is thinking of moving home.

Aug 15,2018My first ever experience of moving home and using a moving company, I couldn’t have picked better people for the job. From the onset Ralph guided and explained the process and on the moving day, Stats and his team (Nic, Owen and Jamie) were simply amazing. They arrived promptly and nothing was too big for them. I still had a bit of packing to do but they ensured everything went smoothly. I had a lot of fragile crockery which was taken with a lot of care and reached its destination with no damage whatsoever. The team went above and beyond in 30 degree heat which was remarkable! So a big thank you from a very happy customer! Highly recommend this friendly, competent and professional company! Mrs T Latif

Aug 01,2018From the moment we phoned to enquire about removals Ralph and Chloe were so helpful and supportive. They helped us tremendously . On the day of moving Adam and his team were brilliant nothing was too much trouble they really worked hard and nothing was a problem they were so polite and efficient. We would definitely recommend them as they were recommended to us.

They were very polite and didn't stop even though it was a burning hot day. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

The move went without a hitch and the weather was kind to us at both ends of the journey from Maldon to Wales. In fact the move was so effortless that all the usual stress was removed? May 10,2018TFM throughout the process were brilliant. A quick quote with all the bits and pieces itemised so no surprises later. Although we thought we were going to move in March things dragged on yet TFM were still able to accommodate us on a date that suited us. Organised themselves so they arrived in Cardiff at 9.00am to deliver everything. Were 90 seconds early! The move went brilliantly. They were efficient with nothing too much trouble. Happy to look for the Sky box half way through when the Sky man arrived. They stayed cool and calm through the process while we were trying to keep our stress levels down. A brilliant service at a sensible price, I can't give praise enough, Thank you.

May 08,2018Throughout our move from Essex to Devon, TFM were well organised and helpful. We have moved several times over the years and TFM proved to be as good or better than any who have moved us previously. Our furniture had to go into their store for several weeks and everything arrived labelled and undamaged. We had a simultaneous move from our house in France. TFM didn't do that part of the move - we wish they had.

Sep 06,2018Can't praise Ralph and staff at TFM enough, had a very smooth Removal, 26 day Storage and Delivery including garden plants. Staff were helpful in taking furniture apart and rebuilding on delivery and very polite and professional at all times. Would thoroughly recommend TFM.
