The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Sep 13,2024We were told 2 to three weeks for delivery but at nearly 4 weeks decided to chase cabinet up and was told it was already in the store and staff didn’t know why it hadn’t been delivered so that is why I knocked a point of but otherwise very satisfied

Sep 13,2024The customer service advisor I dealt with at the Hull store was extremely helpful and sent me a video of the item I was interested in and even went to clean a mark off for me as it was an ex display piece. Delivery booked in at a convenient time for myself and two cheerful and helpful drivers delivered the item.

And the people that delivered my sofa was really good and took away all packaging afterwards. And when i asked them if they would take off there shoes as it was a brand new carpet they did so without hesitation. Would highly recommend this company

Delivery came on time and by two lovely chaps who pu TV my furniture where I’d asked. Will go back to look for other furniture.

Sep 06,20242 sets of furniture ordered at same time and both were stated as being in stock. One set arrived at beginning of summer, second set arrived months after at end of summer so not good, no use of the set this year now.

Sep 06,2024From walking through the doors of the Barnsley store the staff were amazing, a big shout out to Michael, Kyle and Izzie they were amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Their knowledge of each item was top notch and they made us feel welcome. My suite arrived and I love it. I will definitely be spreading the word, this store is well worth a visit.

Sep 03,2024Firstly I would like to thank Beverley at Mexborough store for her help when purchasing the sofa, she was very knowledgeable and very warming towards us and the other customers who entered the store. We opted for a leather sofa and on delivery was called the day before to give us a two hour time slot. The sofa is gorgeous but did have a small fault with the two seater sofa, when I called they sent the driver back to take a look at it straightaway ……. Then I was told they would send a new one which I has been delivered today and the drivers were lovely…… nothing was any effort for any of the people I have talked to …and I would 100% recommend clearance zone to my friends and family….. I would like to thank everyone even the girl at hull for making it happen so quick…. Would definitely return for more furniture in the near future….. thank you once again Clare.& Rob

Sep 14,2024Fantastic customer service from the first message on Facebook to the day of delivery, I definitely recommend The Clearance Zone the sofas are incredible mine in particular was the Camden U Shaped with footstool, it’s extremely comfortable, firm. You don’t sink into it and the side/back cushions are the same it’s the perfect sofa for any family if you put the footstool in it turns into a huge “bed” (as we call it) as it’s just great for those family movie nights! And the price is amazing so affordable with even better quality I’m so glad we chose The Clearance Zone they have not disappointed 😁
