The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Aug 08,2024As soon as we entered the Mexborough store, Beverly introduced herself & pointed us in the direction of the outdoor furniture and left us alone to look at & test the furniture in peace. When we returned, our order was taken & delivery process explained. Order was delivered in 2 days. All packaging removed & table built by a great couple of lads! Absolutely fantastic service all round & brilliant furniture!!!

Sofa delivery was great ( less than a week ) and is just as we had seen in the store. Signage outside the store could be improved!!! .
