The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Chose our sofa set & was informed of the process.. delivery took 2 weeks, phone call received the day before to arrange a delivery time slot, arrived on time, swiftly built and demonstrated in our front room by lovely guys .. tidy & took all rubbish with them.. won't hesitate to use this company again, perfect transaction & LOVE our new power set! Thank you!

Aug 31,2024Visited the Bradford Store to purchase a Single bed frame & mattress. I was able to browse several bed frames & try out different mattress's until I found the most comfortable one. Staff very friendly & helpful. The bed & mattress had to be ordered from the Hull store & it was a 2 weeks wait, but well worth the wait for a top quality bed & mattress. Was given a date for delivery & informed of a time slot the day before delivery. Delivery men delivered the bed at the allotted time. Friendly delivery men. We have purchased several items from The Clearance Zone & have always been satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

Aug 24,2024Don't very often leave reviews but felt that this company and staff are worthy of one. What a great little find this was. Stumbled upon it by accident ( hull store ) and as I was looking for a sofa and chairs anyway thought I would have a nosey . As I walked in there was no sales staff jumping up straight away ( always a good sign for me ) saw a set I liked the look of straight away . Asked a couple of questions and was answered honestly by a lovely sales lad . Said I would bring my partner back the next day to show him . Went back the next day and ordered it there and then . Was delivered four days later by two lovely polite lads ( very efficient and careful) took all the packaging away . And can honestly say we love love love it 😍. It fits perfectly . Is so comfy and everyone that has been in out house has asked where it was from . ( in fact two of my friends have purchased from there since ) . 100% reccomend this company no fuss no hassle just does what it says on the tin . Keep up the excellent work and service you provide 😁
