The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Jul 25,2024Delivery on time. Only problem was it's free delivery with an optional £20 charge for unpacking, assembly and removal of packaging. Thought I could do that. Unfortunately, when they delivered, the well packaged suite obviously wouldn't fit through house doors and couldn't be delivered into the living room. So, ended up paying the £20 anyway. Otherwise, a good experience.

Jul 25,2024Dealt with Micheal at Barnsley shop very helpful very friendly and arranged for our delivery around us and our days off . Sean at Barnsley shop also helped us . The rattan furniture is beautiful very sturdy and good quality . The delivery guys Sean and I forgot the other guys name were so lovely couldn’t do enough to help they assembled the furniture for me and took away all the rubbish really great service . Would recommend Barnsley store .
