The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

I was welcomed and left to have a wonder, I chose my bed and the staff were very helpful and within 5 mins I had bought a bed and was told when it was being delivered. It was a nice and easy process and a good price. The delivery men were friendly, helpful and on time. Overall had a great experience and will definitely use The clearance zone again.

Delivery was on time,it was unpacked and placed exactly where I wanted it. They took away all the protective packaging.This was carried out by two very friendly chaps,nothing was too much to ask.
