The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Mar 11,2025Bought a 2 and a 3 seater sofa for a very reasonable price it was delivered in 2 days … amazing!! And the delivery men ( Adam and James )were so helpful and polite I realised that the 3 seater was too big and asked in the shop if I could swap for another 2 seater and the same delivery men came within 3 days to exchange the sofa set everything up and took away all the packaging what an service from the shop in Bradford and the staff there, the delivery men , and also was kept informed by the head office with a 2 hour time slot and they were actually on time ! Will definitely highly recommend for any future furniture purchases 5 stars well deserved

After we chose the sofa, we were given a delivery date for the same week..Delivery drivers, were nice and friendly and very polite. Our new sofa looks lovely in the newly decorated lounge.
