The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Ordered 2 wardrobes. Arrived within the timeslot given. Arrived to fit them exactly on time. Very happy with the quality of them. Very pleasant and helpful salesman. We would be happy to buy from them again if we ever need something else.

You must phone the clearance zone thease guys are so amazing the sales person called Rob he went above and beyond for me I have purchased a leather three seater leather sofa you can't go wrong for the price you pay I was so amazed I went for it Rob explaind everything for me I can't thank Rob enough for the good service I am so looking forward for my delivery keep up the good work Rob you will go a long way

Thank you for the great service the only thing was I was working and had arranged for someone to be at my home for the delivery of my sofa and the delivery was earlier than expedited as the driver advised they we’re running early so I had arranged for somebody to be there for the allocated time not expecting it to be early so nearly missed my delivery. I had waited 6 weeks for my sofa

Visited the barnsley store, and can honestly say Rob was one of the best sales people I've ever come across no hard sell no pushing for me to buy asked what i was looking for showed me n left me to look ,he even got me a bit of discount without me even asking or needing , quick delivery time ! I went to the store with my grandson just to look as I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted. The staff were friendly & helpful without following me around & being a nuisance as I'd frequently experienced elsewhere. On finding a suite I liked, their help & advice was invaluable. I decided on the Noa suite & was amazed that it was to be delivered in Just three days with no delivery charge. I was given a two hour delivery slot & they arrived on time. The men who delivered it were great, definitely the A team. After a long life & countless purchases from many different stores over the years this was the best experience I've ever had.

This company is a family relationship which are second to non we bought a 3 piece and 2 chairs what are fantastic the sailsma ship they don't pressure you when looking you can Go round the shop and just left alone until you need help and they tell you what you need to know very pleased with my buy thanks for your help and knowing 100/ guaranteed deffently shopping again you must Go and look round you wouldn't not be disappointed

Good selection of sofa's.Staff helpful in shop.Delivery on time on day I requested. Only problem was 12 screws missing from feet of sofa's.. Reported no reply from email only fault from clearance zone.
