May 17,2025The trainer Chris Reddy was really generous with sharing his tools and activities with us. He challenged us to use the tools. This training was very different to past training, I enjoyed it very much, it was very hands on and experimental. Chris made time for questions, not just about the topic in hand but was happy to talk about his business and his experience.

May 14,2025Through my coaching journey, I have deepened my understanding of all the principles of the Code of Ethics, reflecting on them in my journaling, my discussions with peers, my own coaching practice, my learning and development journey. Through the practice coaching, online modules, peer to peer sessions, mentor and supervision sessions, coaching skills session, practical observations and the reflection journaling, I developed my deep listening skills, the power of empathy, the knowledge how to support my clients in achieving their goals and their personal growth, overcoming their limiting beliefs and expanding their potential. I enhanced my understanding that coaching could trigger the “magic" of transformation, as the client feels heard, validated, empowered to achieve professional or personal goals with confidence and authenticity. Coaching has reinforced for me the act of self-awareness, self-belief, creativity and courage to break my own internal barriers and step into new opportunities with clarity and impact. Thank you to everyone in The Coaching Academy for sharing their amazing knowledge and know-how, for their generosity and patience with the students and for all the inspirational insights to support all of us in our coaching journey!

It's a great course and the other trainee coaches are incredible supportive and helpful, regardless of t Where they are on their coaching qualification, from just starting to nearly qualified. The added information, coaching tools ande metoring/supervision are really good.

The program is thoughtfully put together, with multiple touchpoints for support that really help you stay on track. One of the greatest highlights for me has been the self-discovery, I’ve learned a lot about myself throughout the process. I also really valued the opportunity to connect with like-minded people, which made the experience both enjoyable and motivating. That said, the course does require a serious time commitment, especially if, like me, you're working full-time and studying in your spare time. But the flexibility and support available make it manageable if you're committed. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and would definitely recommend The Coaching Academy to anyone considering a future in coaching.
