Jan 10,2023The flexibility from the coaching accademy has been brilliant, doing the course online allowed me to go at my own pace which as a working mum of 3 was essential. Being able to do it from home was great. The flexibility when my kids have been sick has enabled me to still achieve this. I loved that many aspects were live not just recorded, I met lots of wonderful friends along the way and have felt supported by them and the mentors on my journey.

Dec 29,2022My experience was great based on the exceptional support of fellow coaches during reciprocal coaching, and the ability to learn from all the coaches, practice on clients and do the journey together. The accelerator sessions helped to build on what I had learnt through reading. The practical assessment feedback was extremely helpful and I really liked all my assessors particularly Stephen who assessed me the most. I could actually reflect and see my development as I put into practice what was recommended. Thank you!

What would have made it even better would be a more personalized approach and some more one-to-one interactions throughout.

Dec 13,2022I was doubtful about doing an online course through the pandemic as I am hands on and prefer in person learning. However this was an awesome experience from the initial sales call with Carlo who was welcoming and friendly to the taster day I was sold! After enrolling for the coaching qualification I felt supported by the admin team and my mentor Merete she was so encouraging and inspiring always willing me on! I gained so many tools and insight from the webinars/ accelerator days they were 5 star and Kris is a vibrant & witty trainer! I have just finished and it was worth every penny I am still overwhelmed with the wealth of information/knowledge I received that is benefiting my clients! I would highly recommend joining.

Dec 09,2022A great course gives you a good foundation to understanding the coaching theory and plenty of space of practice. I registered during lockdown, so met many amazing people through the virtual sessions and through coaching practice. The Support Team have always been on hand to help. The mentoring sessions were super helpful and a great space for check in.

Dec 09,2022The GR Accelerator session was a good mix of group and break out sessions. A chance to discuss with peers what you've learnt and to practice. Sarah Bramall, the trainer is very knowledgeable and her approach really helps you to understand the content. A thoroughly enjoyable first Accelerator.

Dec 09,2022I totally recommend the NLP course. It’s a great course, valuable. However, my experience with PPD has not been impressive at all (so far: I have 2 more modules’s sessions to attend) - sadly the accelerator session for advanced GR was everything you can read in the workbook and nothing new (which I was hoping to be otherwise). And if you are starting your coaching journey, I strongly recommend you attend the modules accelerator sessions IN ORDER. Even though the academy gives you the freedom to choose, go in order. Because if you don’t, then you are a somewhat experienced student having to attend 6 hours of content you know thoroughly.

Dec 02,2022Wow from start to finish The Coaching Academy has been amazing, supporting and very well managed. When I first started I found it very overwhelming with so much to take onboard. But with their step by step guides and flow charts I managed to get through it. When they say trust the process, they are so right. If there was a couple of advices I would say is: 1, follow the. Hart provided 2, start coaching from day one 3, build a group of great people that will go in the journey with you. Was a huge step for me and massive jump out of my comfort zone… but I never regretted a single moment. Fingers crossed for passing my final piece of the puzzle.

The incredible combination of the theoretical knowledge I gained through study materials, participation in accelerator modules, webinars and peer-to-peer competency discussions, along with the practical coaching sessions and mentoring support provided me with a solid foundation for understanding coaching and prepared me to start my business as a coach. In addition, I have experienced significant personal development and self-discovery during my studies, my self-esteem has increased I have made many new friends. Area of improvement: - Feedback/evaluation on practical coaching assessment takes too long - some of the paperwork required for the qualification are overlapped or is very similar, so the paperwork should be reduced to the ones beneficial for learning.
