Aug 01,2022I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experience with The Coaching Academy. It is a well structured programme with a variety of trainers, teaching approaches, & ways to be assessed practically, a final assessment paper & learning records across a number of disciplines. There were a few issues at the beginning which felt a bit frustrating E.g. nothing on the portal to connect students, which has since been improved. Sometimes I felt a bit frustrated by the lack of support from the support admin. Mentoring sessions for the main part have been very helpful, & insightful although the quality is not uniform from mentor to mentor. There are a few bits of info missing on How to qualify I.e. I didn’t know I needed to submit my last practical feedback until I read the submission page. This could so easily be missed. Also, I think expectations could be better managed in terms of how you notify students of their grade. I did not expect to receive just the marks for the PDJ & the final assessment without the overall mark. Please let students know what to expect ahead of submission. I must say though this has been the best educational & training experience ever (& I studied to Post Grad level). It was so enjoyable & I loved that I could do it at my own pace.

Jul 20,2022The Work-Life Balance CPD was the best CPD I've done with The Coaching Academy. There was great content and great delivery. Rachel is an awesome trainer and the time just whizzed by. I really wish it was longer because it was such great training.

I believe all the bases were covered excellently to where I am now confident in moving forward in my new career as a Life Coach. The quality of the trainers is at a very high standard and the technology aspect is very user friendly.

Jul 05,2022I recently attended the Advanced GR accelerator day as part of my Personal Performance Diploma. It ran very smoothly and on time and the content was interesting and insightful. There were multiple opportunities to connect with other students through breakout room activities and via the chat facility. Overall, it was an enlightening experience sprinkled with lots of good advice and examples of how to deliver the GR part of the GROW model with excellence. I am looking forward to my next and final accelerator day on values and beliefs later this month. Thank you TCA!
