May 20,2022I thought it was a great course Sharon was excellent my only comment would be its quite heavy 3 consecutive evenings in a row after a long day at work but never the less a very insightful course into behaviours and how we can get the best out of every interaction we have!

I have learnt so much about myself along the way and I now feel so much more equipped to really help my coaching clients. I have also met some great people on the course, I would thoroughly recommend the NLP training with TCA.

A space where knowledge and practice was tested as well as one where opportunity for learning more about yourself as a practitioner - from a more experienced position Trainers Sarah & Gordon Urquhart facilitated an Assessment space that made practice under testing a pleasant and rewarding experience.

NLP is such a great pairing to coaching but also so many techniques and observations for my everyday life and relationships with others. May 03,2022A really interesting and engaging training session which was full of information for deeper thinking and understanding, and approaches to consider when coaching within this niche. I found the group coaching session less useful. This was perhaps because the majority of attendees were still in training or recently qualified, and needed to manage the coaching process intuitively as a group. This, I feel, compromised the quality of applying the reinvention coaching process.

May 02,2022As always my experience of a TCA’s workshop delivers again! The two part course was presented and paced very well. Sharon’s enthusiastic, knowledge filled, warm and direct style invited a deeper understanding of profiling to develop, not only are you taught and provided the in-depth means in how to profile and experience being profiled, you get to practice this on more than one occasion. The course provides great value and my accreditation will be used for both my personal development and my professional services for my clients! Thank you Sharon and Mandy for a brilliant course!
