Dec 05,2021Three sessions for advanced GROW - GR back to back in a day. Great pace, quality content, honest opinion and feedback of what work and helps in real life coaching with the model. An opportunity to practice techniques and cement learning with course colleagues provided a great balance to the day. Brilliant!

Some dark zones in G&R stages have been enlightened after listening to the explanation of Sharon. She makes things so smooth and simple. Actually All sessions I attended with her were smooth and interesting.

Nov 19,2021Another excellent CPD day Having done 2 excellent CPD days with John Perry on Resilience and Therapeutic Coaching I was looking forward to the day on Transactional Analysis when COVID hit. So I've had to wait nearly 2 days to do this training and it was everything I'd hoped. John's ability to take complex concepts and make them simple and easy to apply, as well as his passion for the subject made for an excellent training experience. I feel like I will be able to help both my clients and myself to write better life stories and get at the heart of what's driving them or causing them to feel imposter syndrome. Thanks John!

Nov 19,2021I find the topic of transactional analysis fascinating and John Perry is an excellent facilitator. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of both coaching and counselling. John brings the topic alive, and passes on lots of practical suggestions how to apply transactional analysis in our coaching practice.

Nov 15,2021The quality of the final teaching and the process of the examinations were a fun and professional experience of which I was able to both use and demonstrate some of the tools and techniques that we had learned along the way. Each aspect to the certification was clearly and well described and Sarah and Gordon had a fantastic blend of humour along side the weekend. As always my experience of the TCA has ben hugely positive, professional and life changing, not only for me but for the clients I am and will work with.

It's essential to understand the basics of marketing and branding, no matter what business one's in, and this session was a great starting point. Our trainer, Pam Lifford, delivered an engaging Confidence Niche Coaching Workshop, which explained how to coach on confidence and when to use the various tools introduced on the day. The interactive breakout sessions with fellow coaches was a big hit for me, as it demonstrated how the tools/methods could work in practice.

Nov 05,2021The three day workshop was a great overview of the DISC model with some concrete and practical examples of how it can be applied. Sharon was a warm and engaging facilitator ensuring that the sessions were all interactive and practical. The end of the program they also explain how you can access the tools to use DISC in your own practice (online questionnaire, etc.)
