Jul 31,2021I signed up in the summer of 2019 having attended the two free day events - this has literally been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. From beginning to end the Coaching Academy show their word class credentials and the course content is engaging, detailed and challenging. All the coaches who work with you are outstanding and it is such a personable academy to deal with. It has shown me a new direction from a personal and business perspective and my self development has been the real stand out. I would highly recommend using the Coaching Academy if you are looking to start a coaching career or want to focus on your own self development as well.

Jul 27,2021It was one of the most exciting learning experiences I have ever been part of. The online sessions were beneficial, and they were delivered in high quality. I have attended both the online and the physical ones. The Holistic coaching session gave me insignt into the connection between mind, body, and energy. I definitely highly recommend it for coaches.

Jul 21,2021This was a fantastic course - packed with information and really made me want to carry on learning more about this fascinating subject. Pam Lidford has a huge amount of knowledge in this area but still manages to give you the information in a straightforward way so that you can apply it to your own coaching. The tools we were given were really powerful when we tried them out in practice sessions and I will definitely be using them with future clients. I really feel inspired to learn more about Holisitc coaching.

Jul 19,2021Well paced, friendly cohort, technology managed well. A day filled with great tools and top tips to add to our coaching tool kits. Always come away excited to follow up with more of my own research and feeling inspired by others. A great way to network with like minded professionals. One star is missing because I would love to see more demonstrations rather than explanations of tools and methods - sometimes you just need to observe something in action to get your "ahhhh I get it now" moment. But professional and enjoyable as always. Thank you

Jul 04,2021Personal Performance coaching Diploma - with The coaching Academy There are great opportunities to connect and meet with amazing people and share experiences and develop your skills in coaching. The training offers a wealth of opportunities through 1-2-1 mentoring , small groups, peer to peer groups, coaching skill groups, student webinars and accelerator days which are all well-presented. Every part of the training is excellent, and delivered by real experts in their field. All areas are thought provoking and engaging, with a wealth of information and support throughout. I am loving the journey.

Jul 02,2021The coaching academy provides a fully comprehensive training of how to become a coach. At present the format is on line and uses zoom with breakout rooms for practical sessions. The coaches have different styles and impart their coaching techniques through an interactive agenda so you feel connected to the coaching community. The coaching academies website is well laid out giving you access to a huge amount of coaching training material in varying formats. 121 and group mentoring is available, peer to peer sessions and coaching skill sessions all with the aim to supply information. As a trainee you have the opportunity to meet some amazing people and connect with future coaches and their wealth of experience. Your skill set develops as you work through the modules and begin to link your learning to the GROW model . Qualification is by a written assessment paper that you work through at your own pace and practical recorded sessions that are submitted alongside the modules. The course is easy to follow and connects you with like minded people in a safe arena which makes it easy to interact. This course is aimed at everyone who wishes to be a coach.

Jun 28,2021The Coaching Academy, Personal Performance Coaching Diploma Program was a pretty intense applied program with 121-hour, which I was very happy to take it. The best thing for me was the applied program supportive to work on yourself, you learn how to coach yourself, before coaching others. All the content was so rich. Accelerator Days, Coaching Sessions, Alive webinars on Coaching Skills, Peer-to-Peer Sessions, Recorded webinars which always you can reach on the Learner's platform, Mentoring Sessions, and all written documents provided during the program were all rich knowledge sources. Added to this, All Coaches/Instructors of TCA lectured in the program were highly valuable, supportive, motivating, and inspiring for me. Thanks to all members of the TCA family, for their empowering program with Instructors' effort. Now as a Creative/Design Coach, I am very happy to be part of this community of TCA. Aug 06,2021I thoroughly enjoyed my Nlp practitioner course, Sarah and Gordon are amazing trainers. I felt the size of the group was good, we all got to know each other which helped with motivation. The pace of the course is great, keeps it interesting but you also had lots of time to reflect on your learning.
