Any order may be cancelled within 4 days from receipt of goods and goods must returned within 10 days of cancellation. In order that we can issue a full refund, goods should be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in the original packaging.

There were no postage options - just a straight £6 charge. I received confirmation of my order and after 10 days of no other communication, I left 3 voicemails over 3 days. Call never returned, I started wondering if the company actually existed. Eventually 14 days after I ordered it I got a mail saying it had been dispatched. Not acceptable for such expensive postage and no communication.
