I can only be absolutely positive about the Country Catalogue, I am extremely picky and know what I don’t like but not sure what I want. All of my ridiculous questions were answered promptly and without losing patience. All of the products I have are exactly as described and what I wanted. Thank you!

I had to chase up my order twice then when it finally arrived it was not as advertised and now that I've sent it back I've not received the refund!!! Still waiting. Having finally received my refund, after further prompting, further insult was added to injury by the company not giving me the full amount, claiming I hadn't included one of the items in the return parcel, which is simply a lie. Please do yourself a favour and DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I just can't believe how much aggro could possibly come from a simple purchase of some wellies.

Took too long to come after i ordered said it was dispatched and then 10 days later i get an email saying you've been trying to contact about id, you didn't try to contact once liars, knifes good though but service is w@nk. I dont know how to reply to your reply but i didnt receive a single one of these calls, if you can show me proof of the calls the review will be deleted but if not then i stand by my comment, 10 days after order to ask for ID is unacceptable and also if i cant be 18 for my choice of language, how old must you guys be to not be able to put a sentence together properly its “write” not “right”

This is my second review as I’ve have deleted the first one. I would like to apologise as I was a bit rude on my first review. I blamed the company for not getting my boots to me as I now no this problem was with Royal Mail. I believe Craig done everything he absolutely could I just panicked as it was a lot of money to lose and no boots at the end of it. Great news my boots have been delivered today. Thank you again…..

On the website the product was easy to access and purchase. Communications good, and prompt at time indicated. It would be very useful to have links on the website to necessary care materials and care instructions with product package.
