The best service I have received from a company. I just can’t Thank Craig enough. We had an issue where I couldn’t get a size 8 it was either 7.5 or 8.5. Craig called me and explained this problem and said he was waiting for Ariat to confirm if they could get a size 8 as they had every other size but this one. After waiting to hear from him which wasn’t long at all, I decided to try the 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Craig really went above and beyond as I told him I was only purchasing these boots as a treat for my 40th! I can not recommend Country Catalogue enough. Craig made me feel like a valued customer and really wanted to make sure I had something for my special birthday. I have no hesitation in buying from them again. Excelled service, amazing staff and I highly recommend anyone buying from here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much, I am thrilled with my new boots!

I placed an order with the company, not realising that one item was a pre order (small text not very noticeable) after a decent wait I emailed the company just asking for an update. To which I received a very dismissive and unhelpful reply, I apologised for my mistake and explained I did not need the items anymore as the pre order wouldn't get here on time and asked for a refund. I then recieved another email pointing out the pre order again and long winded explanation of how fast these shoes sell out. I then asked explicitly again for my order to be cancelled and refunded and still no reply or explanation.

The item I received was sent back and cleaned with a lint roller, and it came up shiny and new! Lint roller technology has moved on apace in the last few years and this has taken me somewhat by surprise... Who'dve thunk it?!

The ladies Cleveland boots I purchased for my wife, were a good quality buy, with which she was delighted. A well priced product, easy purchase and fast delivery. Pleased.
